Remember when...

With the holidays upon us, busy schedules, festivities, parties, and all the hoopla... sometimes you just have to sit down and remember when...

This stuff was much easier as a kid. Now, its do I really need this? or what am I going to throw out to make room for this? (Except for scrap stuff, there is endless space for that!)Remember as a kid decorating the tree? Getting to help unwrap all the ornaments and discovering them all over again year after year. The feeling of anticipation you had on Christmas eve and the magic of Christmas morning?

My Christmas tree makes me smile now as it did when I was a kid. It is filled with ornaments my great grandmother made... all beads and sequins and such. I can remember pulling each of these ornaments out as a kid and G was as excited as I was at his age.

All I ask is that you each take a little time to remember when... and...
